About Us
Respiratory expertise built for the organizations that need it most.
Houston Respiratory Advisory Group was founded on a straightforward premise: healthcare organizations caring for respiratory-complex populations deserve access to the same depth of respiratory expertise that hospital systems take for granted — structured, practical, and built to last.
Why We Exist
The gap between respiratory complexity and respiratory readiness.
Home health agencies and private-duty nursing organizations routinely care for patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, chronic lung disease, and complex oxygen needs. These are not edge cases — they are the core of the population.
Yet most of these organizations operate without a respiratory therapist on staff, without standardized respiratory education, and without a clear framework for building or maintaining respiratory program quality.
That gap creates risk — for patients, for staff, and for the organization. Houston Respiratory Advisory Group exists to close it.
Our Expertise
Respiratory therapy experience applied at the organizational level.
Our work is grounded in direct clinical experience with respiratory-complex patients — tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, pulmonary disease management, and the full range of respiratory assessment and intervention. We bring that clinical depth into the organizational context: education design, program structure, resource development, and advisory support.
Clinical Foundation
Respiratory therapy training and direct patient care experience across acute, post-acute, and home-based settings.
Education Design
Translating clinical knowledge into structured, practical education that non-RT staff can understand, retain, and apply.
Program Development
Building the frameworks, resources, and processes that make respiratory readiness repeatable and sustainable.
Advisory Relationship
Ongoing expert guidance that keeps organizations current, consistent, and prepared as populations and priorities evolve.
Our Approach
Practical. Structured. Built for the long term.
01
Understand the organization
Every engagement begins with understanding your organization — your population, your staff, your current resources, and your priorities. We do not apply a generic template.
02
Assess the gaps
We identify where respiratory education, resources, and program structure fall short — and where the highest-impact opportunities are.
03
Build and standardize
We develop the education, resources, and program frameworks your organization needs — structured for consistency and designed to hold across staff turnover and organizational change.
04
Support and maintain
Through ongoing advisory support and ROS, we help organizations maintain momentum, update resources, and stay current as populations and practices evolve.
ROS — Respiratory Operations System
The system that supports the relationship.
ROS is the secure digital workspace that organizes and delivers the resources, education, and guidance developed through our advisory work. It gives your organization structured, ongoing access to what we build together — maintained and updated over time.
ROS supports the consulting relationship. It is not a standalone software product or AI chatbot.
